Step of analyzing customer requirements
Maximize customer requirements by referring to similar and modified cases, or Hanju’s engineer will provide design service from begining

Modeling and design

Step of reviewing the expected process and formability A process of mold design by drawing initial product in 3D, identifiying characteristics of the resulting product, revewing the mold shape division method, and the review of manufacturing procedure.

Mold machining process

Mold base and modeling product formation processing stage
 NC processing, electrospark processing, milling processing, etc. by utilizing HanJu’s latest equipment in line with the design drawing

Lapping process

Second machining process by man, more detailed abrasive machining than first machining by machine.

Assembly and finishing process

Initial assembly of mold parts.
Final finishing process to complete mold making.

Test injection / reviews and corrections

Phase of testing and correcting the manufactured mold
Compare original drawing to completed mold to find and correct any problems or erorrs aiming quality improvement. Initial injection test performed after the correction. Deliver at promised spot after final approval from the customer.
